2.2. User Discretion: Users are solely responsible for their decisions based on the advice provided by AstroAI. AstroAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of its advice.
2.3. No Legal Responsibility: AstroAI disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the use of its advice. Users agree not to hold AstroAI legally responsible for any consequences of their actions.
3.1. Submission: Users may submit personal information, photographs, and other content to the App. By submitting content, users grant AstroAI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content.
3.2. Privacy: AstroAI respects users' privacy rights and complies with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
4.1. Ownership: AstroAI owns all intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
14.2. Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without prior written consent from AstroAI.
5.1. Termination by AstroAI: AstroAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
5.2. Termination by User: Users may stop using the App at any time by deleting their account and discontinuing access to the App.
6.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.
7.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AstroAI regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
